“Ryanair has decided to resign from 40-50 flights a day for the next 6 weeks to the end of October to improve the punctuality of the whole system, which fell below 80 percent in the first two weeks of September,” the carrier said in a statement.

– We sincerely apologize to our customers who are affected by flight cancellations. We will do everything to organize alternative flights – or make a full refund of the costs incurred, “said Ryanair communications chief Robin Kelly.

Ryanair informs you that the refund will be made within 7 business days in the same form as the payment made. Please keep in mind that if you ask for a refund, you will lose your right to compensation at a later date.
